Dana brings over 25 years of experience working collaboratively with schools, bridging the needs of administrators, faculty, parents, students, board members, and community stakeholders. Her approach is deeply rooted in understanding the unique culture and challenges of each school she partners with.

Dana’s on-the-ground experience includes leadership roles in admission and marketing at four different schools, giving her firsthand insight into the daily complexities of school operations. In addition to her school-based work, Dana is an expert in market research, enrollment feasibility studies, and strategic enrollment management. Her consulting portfolio includes projects focused on strategic marketing, parent satisfaction, admission office efficiency, staff coaching, and comprehensive stakeholder research, ensuring her clients have actionable insights tailored to their needs.

For a decade, Dana served as the coordinator for the Bay Area Directors of Admission consortium, leading a network of 110 schools. In this role, she provided professional development, facilitated organizational leadership, and cultivated a culture of collaboration among member schools.

As a coach and facilitator, Dana leads The Assembly, her signature mastermind program for school leaders, and offers one-on-one executive coaching. A sought-after speaker and workshop leader, she has presented at numerous local and national conferences, sharing her knowledge and actionable strategies with audiences across the education sector.

Dana holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Counseling Psychology. She resides in Northern California with her husband, an author, speaker, and physics teacher, and their high-school-aged daughter, who literally and figuratively dances through life.
